摘要:
在传统反应精馏塔模型中引入Murphree板效率,建立了带侧反应器的新型反应精馏集成过程的模型,采用Aspen Plus的RADFRAC模块计算效率高,结果可靠.从反应量、温度、液相摩尔流率和组成分布等系统地比较了新型反应精馏集成过程与传统反应精馏过程.结果表明,带5个侧反应器的新型反应精馏集成过程可以达到传统反应精馏塔的等同效果,并且新型集成过程的精馏塔结构比传统反应精馏塔结构简单,设备尺寸小.
