摘要:
在Ti材高压釜中进行了催化剂的筛选和工艺条件的优化.考察催化剂种类及用量、反应温度、压力、时间等因素对反应的影响.通过催化剂的筛选,发现自制固体催化剂的活性高于采用对甲苯磺酸、β型分子筛作为催化剂的活性.采用自制固体催化剂,适宜的反应工艺条件为:反应温度130 ℃,催化剂用量为乙酸质量的7.5%,压力1.5 MPa,反应时间6 h.在此条件下,乙酸转化率可达到85.43%,乙酸异丙酯对丙烯的选择性为98.52%.
Abstract:
The catalysts and the optimization of process conditions were investigated in a titanium lined autoclave. Some influencing factors, such as catalysts, the dosage of catalysts, temperature, pressure, reaction time and so on were studied. From the results, it was found that the catalytic activity of self-made solid catalyst was higher than the other two catalysts of p-toluenesulfonic acid and β-zeolite. The optimum reaction conditions for the self-made solid catalyst were shown as follows:reaction temperature 130℃, the catalyst amount of 7.5% of acetic acid, pressure 1.5 MPa, and reaction time 6 h. Under these conditions, the conversion of the acetic acid and the selectivity of the isopropyl acetate reached
85.43% and 98.52%.
