摘要:
针对醋酸与异丁烯加成酯化合成叔丁酯的反应液,提出先脱酸后提纯的两塔精馏分离流程,采用Aspen Plus软件进行模拟研究.在采用简捷计算方法获得精馏塔初步配置参数的基础上,用严格计算模型对进料位置、回流比的影响进行敏感度分析,得到脱酸塔和提纯塔塔板数、最佳进料位置和回流比分别是25和24、14和20、3和20.在模拟基础上,对精馏过程进行实验研究,实验结果与模拟结果吻合较好,分离得到醋酸叔丁酯的质量分数大于9950%,为工业应用与放大设计提供了依据.
Abstract:
A twocolumn distillation process for tertbutyl acetate from esterification of acetic acid and isobutene was simulated with Aspen Plus. The configuration parameters were obtained by shortcut calculation model of Aspen Plus, and then the sensitive analysis of the feed stage and the reflux ratio was performed with a rigorous distillation model, and the total stage numbers, optimal feed stage and reflux ratios of deacidification column, and purification column were as 25 and 24, 14 and 20, 3 and 20, respectively. Experimental research was carried out on the basis of the simulation, and the experimental results and simulation values agreed well. The mass fraction of tertbutyl acetate was over 9950%, thus it provided a basis for the scaleup design of industrial application.
