摘要:
D-甘露糖和D-半乳糖为起始原料,介绍了一种经过系列反应合成乙基-2-氟-3,6-二氧苯甲酰基-4-氧-(2,3,4,6-四氧乙酰基-β-D-半乳糖基)-β-D-甘露糖的新方法,其结构经气相-质谱(LC-MS)、1H核磁共振(1H NMR)和19F核磁共振(19F NMR)确证。合成的乙基-2-氧三氟甲磺酸基-3,6-二氧苯甲酰基-4-氧(2,3,4,6-四氧乙酰基-β-D-半乳糖基)-β-D-甘露糖是新型糖代谢PET试剂乙基-2-[18F]氟-4-O-(β-D-半乳糖基)-β-D-甘露糖(C2H5-18FDL)的关键前体化合物。
Abstract:
An important precursor ethyl-2-trifluoromethanesulfonyl-3,6-di-O-benzoyl-4-O-(2,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-galacto-pyranosyl)-β-D-mannopyranoside was synthesized as a new PET imaging material ethyl-2-deoxy-2-[18F]fluoro-4-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(C2H5-[18F]FDL). The precursor was prepared from commercially available D-mannose and D-galactose with a series of reactions. A novel synthetic method for ethyl-2-deoxy-2-fluoro-4-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-β-D- glucopyranoside was given. The structure was confirmed by LC-MS, 1H NMR and 19F NMR.
