摘要:
采用微通道反应器合成巯基乙酸甲酯,考察通道管径、催化剂用量、停留时间、反应温度和醇酸初始摩尔比对酯合成反应的影响。结果表明:通道尺寸对产品收率影响较大,减小微通道的管径能显著提高酯的收率; 使用内径0.6 mm的不锈钢毛细管反应器,在适宜的工艺条件下,仅需14.3 min的反应时间,巯基乙酸甲酯收率达94%以上,与常规间歇釜式反应器相比,反应时间大大缩短,酯收率明显提高。
Abstract:
Methyl-mercaptoacetate was synthesized by esterification of mercaptoacetic acid with methanol in micro-channel reactors.Effects of the inner diameter of channel,dosage of catalyst,reaction time,reaction temperature, and molar ratio of methanol to mercaptoacetic acid on yield of the ester were examined.The results showed that the channel size had a great influence on the yield of ester,the yield of ester was significantly increased as the inner diameter of microchannel was reduced.Under certain reactor conditions,the yield of methyl-mercaptoacetate reached over 94% when a stainless steel capillary reactor with 0.6 mm inner diameter,and the reaction time was only 14.3 min.The reaction time was much shortened compared with conventional batch tank reactors.Furthermore,the yield of ester was significantly increased.
