摘要:
制备离子液体1-十六烷基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([C16mim]BF4),并以此为模板剂合成掺杂Cr的介孔分子筛Cr-MCM-41。采用X线衍射仪(XRD)、N2吸附-脱附仪、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)对Cr-MCM-41进行表征,并将Cr-MCM-41应用于H2O2氧化乙苯反应中,考察其催化性能。结果表明:合成的分子筛具有介孔结构,随着Cr掺入量的增加出现Cr2O3晶相。当反应温度为60 ℃、乙苯0.04 mol、H2O2 0.12 mol、Cr-MCM-41-2 0.1 g,反应时间10 h,乙苯转化率达12.40%,选择性达100%。
Abstract:
Ionic liquid 1-hexadecyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate([C16mim]BF4)was synthesized, and Cr-MCM-41 was prepared by using [C16mim]BF4 as template agent.Cr-MCM-41 was measured by X-ray diffraction(XRD),N2 adsorption-desorption isotherms,transmission electron microscope(TEM),and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FT-IR).The catalytic activity of the molecular sieves Cr-MCM-41 in the oxidation of ethylbenzene by hydrogen peroxide was examined.The results indicated that the synthesized Cr-MCM-41 had uniform mesoporous structure,and the Cr2O3 phase was found with the increasing of chromium incorporation.The conversion of ethylbenzene and the selectivity to acetophenone could reach 12.40% and 100% under reaction conditions of reaction temperature 60 ℃,the amount of ethylbenzene and H2O2 0.04 mol and 0.12 mol,the amount of Cr-MCM-41-2 0.1 g,and reaction time 10 h.
