摘要:
针对环氧丁烷(BO)和CO2一步合成新型电解液有机溶剂碳酸丁烯酯(BC)环加成反应体系,在比较2种传统催化剂的前提下,确定低温高效锌配合物(Et4)2NZnBr4为催化剂,并考察温度、压力、催化剂质量分数等因素对反应的影响。结果表明:在催化剂质量分数为0.5%、反应温度为90 ℃、反应压力为3.5 MPa工艺条件下,环氧丁烷的转化率为99.2%,碳酸丁烯酯的选择性达到99.5%。
Abstract:
The cycloaddition reaction system of new electrolyte organic solvent 1,2-butylene carbonate(BC)from 1,2-epoxybutane(BO)and carbon dioxide was discussed.Compared with two traditional catalysts,the low-temperature(Et4)2NZnBr4 complex catalyst showed a higher efficiency.The effects of reaction temperature,reaction pressure and catalyst concentration were investigated.The conversion of BO and the selectivity to BC reached 99.2% and 99.5% under the optimum conditions of the(Et4)2NZnBr4 complex catalyst concentration 0.5%,the reaction temperature 90 ℃ and the reaction pressure 3.5 MPa.
