摘要:
用浸渍法制备Pt/WO3/ZrO2催化剂。通过H2程序升温脱附(H2-TPD)测试不同压力下还原处理的Pt/WO3/ZrO2催化剂的氢吸附能力,在固定床反应器中考察Pt/WO3/ZrO2催化剂上甘油氢解制取1,3-丙二醇反应的性能。结果表明:提高催化剂的还原压力使催化剂的氢吸附能力增强,有利于催化剂上甘油氢解反应的进行。甘油水溶液的水含量对催化剂的甘油氢解性能影响较大,水促进了催化剂上氢解反应的进行,但过多的水易导致催化剂失活。
Abstract:
Pt/WO3/ZrO2 catalysts were prepared by the impregnation method.The hydrogen adsorption ability of catalysts reduced at different H2 pressures was characterized by H2 temperature-programmed desorption(H2-TPD).Glycerol hydrogenolysis to 1,3-propanediol was performed on these catalysts in a fixed bed reactor.The results revealed that the increasing reduction pressure of catalysts led to an increasing of H2 uptake, thus it was in favor of glycerol hydrogenolysis.The hydrogenolysis performances of glycerol greatly depended on initial water content of the aqueous glycerol.Water promoted glycerol hydrogenolysis,but too much water could cause catalyst deactivation.
