摘要:
通过X线衍射(XRD),对实验室制备的掺杂不同量MgO的熟料中阿利特的晶型进行了鉴定,发现MgO质量分数为0.5%、1.0%、1.5%和2.0%时,熟料中阿利特的晶型都为M3型。利用高分辨透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)对未掺杂MgO和质量分数为1.0% MgO的2种熟料中阿利特的晶体结构进行了研究,分析结果表明:2种熟料中的阿利特具有相同的结构特征,都存在一维调制结构,在HRTEM像中以波状衬度的形式出现,调制波矢量为q=-0.17a*+0.17b*+1.17c*,方向垂直于(1-17),波长约为(1-17)晶面间距的6倍,约为1.85 nm,确定未掺杂MgO的熟料中阿利特的晶型为M3型。
Abstract:
Polymorphs of alite in laboratory-prepared cement clinker doped with different amounts of MgO were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The results showed that M3 polymorph of alite in cement clinker was stabilized when doped with mass fractions of 0.5%,1.0%,1.5%, and 2.0% MgO, respectively.The crystal structures of alite in two kinds of cement clinker without doping MgO and doping mass fraction of 1.0% MgO were studied by HR TEM.The results revealed that alite in two kinds of cement clinker had the same structure characteristics.There were one-dimensional commensurately modulated structures with a modulation vector of q=-0.17a*+0.17b*+1.17c* in alite,the modulated structure could be observed in HRTEM images as wavy contrast streaking,and the structure modulation in alite was normal to(1-17)with the wavelength of 1.85 nm,which was 6 times greater than the spacing of(1-17).It was found that M3 was stabilized in cement clinker without doping MgO in the experiment.
