摘要:
采用聚苯乙烯基质的凝胶色谱柱对硫酸头孢噻利中的缩合物杂质进行分析。色谱柱使用MKF-GPC-300柱(300 mm×7.8 mm,7 μm),流动相V(甲醇):V(水)=75:25,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长254 nm。液相色谱-质谱联用(LC-MS)结果表明:硫酸头孢噻利与其缩合物杂质实现了良好的分离,分析时间不到15 min,且方法、实验条件简单,操作方便,能快速有效地实现硫酸头孢噻利与其缩合物杂质的分离。
Abstract:
The condensation impurity in cefoselis sulfate was isolated by polystyrene gel HPLC.The MKF-GPC-300(300 mm×7.8 mm,7 μm)column was used.The mobile phase was V(Methanol):V(Water)=75:25,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detected wavelength was 254 nm.The results of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)showed that good separation was achived between cefoselis sulfate and its condensation impurities.The whole analysis took less than 15 min.The method had the advantages of simple conditions and easy operation.It could separate cefoselis sulfate and its condensation impurities rapidly and effectively.
