摘要:
利用自行设计制作的试验装置和评价滤饼清洗效果的方法,创造性地研究出一种适合硅基钻井液滤饼的碱性氧化型清洗液配方,并确定了清洗工艺参数,通过旋转挂片法和X线光电子能谱仪(XPS)分析研究了该清洗液对A3 钢的腐蚀速度及腐蚀机制,最后评价了清洗液对泥浆损害后岩心渗透率的影响。结果表明:在清洗时间60 min、流速0.31 m/s条件下,使用所选清洗液滤饼质量损失率达到93.45%; 清洗过程中温度增加,滤饼质量损失率提高; A3 试片在清洗液中腐蚀6 h后形成钝化膜,起保护作用,因此该清洗液可直接使用,不需要添加缓蚀剂; 该清洗液可使污染后岩心渗透率改善值达900.13%。
Abstract:
A test device was designed and a method for evaluating the effect of mud-cake washing was presented.A type of alkaline oxidation flush fluid was developed suitable for mud-cake of silicon based drilling fluid.Then,washing process parameter was given.The corrosion rate and the corrosion mechanism of the flush fluid to A3 steel were researched by rotation coupon method and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis(XPS).Finally,the influence of flush fluid on permeability of smeary core was evaluated.The results showed that:when the flow rate was 0.31 m/s,the mass loss rate of mud-cake was 93.45% after 60 min.As temperature increasing,the mass loss rate increased.The passive film formed when A3 steel was eroded for 6 h in flush fluid, thus protecting the steel.The flush fluid could be directly used and had not to add corrosion inhibitor.Permeability of smeary core was improved to 900.13%.
