摘要:
通过试验研究胶凝材料用量对自密实混凝土工作性能的影响。结果表明:胶凝材料用量降低,混凝土的塑性黏度增大,钢筋间隙通过性能提高。同时,混凝土拌和物的黏度和稠度均降低,稳定性下降,抗离析性能变差; 胶凝材料用量对自密实混凝土模板侧向压力也有影响,胶凝材料用量增大,初始模板侧向压力增大,侧向压力下降速度提高。
Abstract:
The effects of cementitious materials on working performance of self-compacting concrete were experimentally investigated. The results showed that the lower the cementitious materials was, the greater the plastic viscosity of fresh concrete was. Meanwhile, the flow rate increased, which led to a better ability to pass through the spacing of bars. The stability of the fresh concrete decreased,and the anti-segregation capability decreased. The lateral pressure of the formwork had a close relationship with the amount of cementitious materials, the more the amount of cementitious material, the greater the initial lateral pressure, and the faster the descent speed.
