摘要:
利用自制的多碰疲劳试验机及相关的分析测试设备,在0Cr18Ni9基体上分别激光熔覆Ni基、Co基梯度涂层,对涂层多碰前后的显微硬度、塑性变形率、微观组织结构进行对比分析。结果表明:Ni基梯度涂层多碰前硬度在500 HV以下,多碰后表现为硬化现象,而Co基梯度涂层硬度多碰前500 HV左右,多碰后表现为不同程度的循环硬化和软化交替重叠现象; 从涂层的组织结构及塑性变形率来看,梯度涂层多碰后塑性变形表现为趋表效应。
Abstract:
Using self-made impact fatigue test instruments and related analytic devices,Ni based and Co based graded coating was clad at 0Cr18Ni9 substrate,and the micro-hardness,plastic deformation rate and microstructure of the cladding before and after repeated impact were comparatively analyzed.Results showed that the micro-hardness of nickel-based gradient coating was below 500 HV,and hardening was the major phenomenon after the repeated impact,but the micro-hardness of the cobalt base gradient coating was around 500 HV,softening or hardening happened after repeated impact.According to the microstructure and the deformation rate,the skin effect characteristics were found.
