摘要:
以氢化脂肪酸甲酯为原料、石油醚为溶剂、SO3为磺化剂,通过降膜式反应器磺化,后经老化、漂白再酯化、中和等步骤得到脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐。采用混合指示剂程序加入法分析产品活性物含量。考察SO3气体体积分数、物料进料摩尔比、循环水温度、剂油质量比、老化时间、老化温度对磺化率、活性物含量、二钠盐含量的影响。确定较佳工艺条件为:SO3体积分数2.89%,物料进料摩尔比为1.3,循环水温度70 ℃,剂油质量比3,老化时间45 min,老化温度80 ℃。在此条件下,磺化率可达81.2%,活性物质量分数64.1%,二钠盐质量分数7.2%。
Abstract:
Fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate was synthesized through sulfonation reaction by using single-tube falling film reactor with SO3 as sulfonation agent,and with aging,bleaching and esterification,neutralization by hydrogenated fatty acid methyl ester.The active content of fatty acid methyl ester sulfonate was determined by the mixed indication sequence titration.The influence of SO3 gas volumn fraction,material feed molar ratio,temperature of circulating water,solvent oil mass ratio,aging time,aging temperature on the sulfonation rate,active content,di-sodium salt was investigeted.By single factor experiments optimal conditions were obtained:SO3 gas volume fraction of 2.89%,material feed molar ratio of 1.3,temperature of circulating water of 70 ℃,solvent oil mass ratio of 3,aging time of 45 min,and aging temperature of 80 ℃.Under the conditions,the sulfonation rate of fatty acid methyl ester was up to 81.2%,active mass fraction was 64.1% and the mass fraction of disodium salt was 7.2%.
