摘要:
以强酸性离子交换树脂Amberlyst-15为催化剂,在间歇反应器中研究醋酸甲酯与正丙醇的酯交换反应的非均相反应动力学。在消除内外扩散的条件下,考察催化剂用量、醇酯摩尔比和温度等因素对反应的影响。实验表明:醋酸甲酯的转化率随着催化剂用量、醇酯摩尔比的增加和温度的升高而增加,但是温度对反应平衡常数的影响较小。确定了组分间的吸附平衡常数,并采用Langmuir-Hinshelwood-Haugen-Watson(LHHW)模型对实验数据进行拟合。拟合结果表明:计算值与实验值吻合较好,正、逆反应的活化能分别为58.40和53.08 kJ/mol,醋酸甲酯的吸附平衡常数为0.074 2。
Abstract:
The heterogeneous transesterification kinetics of methyl acetate with n-propanol was investigated using strong acidic cation exchange resin Amberlyst-15 as catalyst in batch reactor.The effects of catalyst loading as well as alcohol to ester molar ratio and temperature on the reaction were studied under the condition of eliminating internal and external mass transfer resistances. The conversion of methyl acetate increased with the increasing of catalyst loading,alcohol to ester molar ratio and reaction temperature,while the influence of temperature on reaction equilibrium constant was not significant.The adsorption equilibrium constants between any two components were determined and Langmuir-Hinshelwood-Haugen-Watson(LHHW)model was used to fit the experimental data,and the good fitting result was obtained.The activation energies for forward and reverse reaction were 58.40 and 53.08 kJ/mol,respectively.The adsorption equilibrium constant of methyl acetate was 0.074 2.
