摘要:
采用柠檬酸盐法制备了LaBxMn1-xO3/堇青石(B=Co,Fe,Ni,Cu)催化燃烧催化剂,并用H2-程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对其进行了表征,并考察其催化燃烧苯的活性和抗水性能。结果表明:LaCo0.5Mn0.5O3/堇青石催化剂能形成完善的钙钛矿晶相,表现出最佳的催化氧化苯的性能; 载体经CeO2涂覆改性,起到协同催化和稳定剂的作用,从而有利于催化剂催化燃烧活性的提高和热稳定性能的发挥,在水蒸气存在下,催化剂亦可表现出良好的催化氧化活性。
Abstract:
The perovskite LaBxMn1-xO3/cordierite(B=Co,Fe,Ni,Cu)catalysts were prepared by the citrate method and characterized by H2-TPR,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The catalytic performance of the catalysts was evaluated with combustion of benzene and water-resistance.Results showed that LaCo0.5Mn0.5O3/cordierite had a perfect perovskite structure and demonstrated the best activity.The cordierite of the CeO2 coating modification had the effects on coordination catalysis and stabilizer,it was beneficial to the improvement of the activity of catalytic combustion and thermal stability.The catalyst also exhibited good catalytic oxidation activity in the presence of water vapour.
