摘要:
建立了测定1-苯基-2-硝基丙烯及相关物质的高效液相色谱法,并利用该方法对1-苯基-2-硝基丙烯在乙腈溶液中的稳定性进行了探讨。选用以聚苯乙烯二乙烯基苯(PS-DVB)为基质的MKF-RP-HH高聚物型色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,6 μm,ZH-1129-03),以乙腈(ACN)-水作为流动相,梯度洗脱(0~8 min,74%→92% ACN体积分数),流速为1.0 mL/min,在214和250 nm波长下进行检测。结果显示,硝基乙烷、苯甲醛和1-苯基-2-硝基丙烯3种物质可达很好的分离,其分离度均大于1.5; 检出限(LOD)分别为0.031、0.006和0.011 μg/mL; 相对标准偏差(RSDs)在0.16%~0.66%之间。1-苯基-2-硝基丙烯乙腈溶液在光照条件下不稳定。此种检测方法简便快捷,结果准确可靠,可用于1-苯基-2-硝基丙烯的质量检测。
Abstract:
High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)was used to determine 1-phenyl-2-nitropropene and its related substances and to investigate the stability of 1-phenyl-2-nitropropene in acetonitrile(ACN)solution. The chromatographic separation was carried out on a polystyrene-divinyl-benzene(PS-DVB)chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm,6 μm,ZH-1129-03)using UV detection at 214 nm and 250 nm.The mobile phase was acetonitrile/water with a gradient elution of(0-8 min,74%→92% CAN,volume fraction)and the flow rate of 1 mL/min.Results showed that the three compounds were separated well,and their resolutions were more than 1.5. Limits of detection(LOD)of nitroethane,benzaldehyde and 1-phenyl-2-nitropropene were 0.031,0.006, and 0.011 μg/mL, respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSDs)ranged from 0.16% to 0.66%.1-phenyl-2-nitropropene in acetonitrile exposed to light was unstable.HPLC was a rapid and sensitive method for the determination of 1-phenyl-2-nitropropene.
