针对GB/T 19624—2004、API 579—2007、BS7910—2005和FITNET FFS等4个国内外先进承压设备安全评定标准,对其含体积型缺陷圆柱壳评定范围和方法进行对比,并分别对含全尺寸体积型缺陷的圆柱壳进行了评定。通过各标准评定范围、方法和实际评定结果的比较分析,发现GB/T 19624—2004评定缺陷的范围相对较窄,同时GB/T 19624—2004与BS 7910—2005的评定相对比较保守,API 579—2007次之,FITNET FFS最冒进。各标准评定结果显示:缺陷深度的增加,对结构安全工作压力的影响较大; 缺陷轴向长度增加,对结构安全工作压力的影响较小。GB/T 19624—2004可以扩大其评定体积型缺陷的轴向范围。
Abstract:
Four advanced safety assessment standards for pressurized equipments in China and other countries were introduced.The application scope and safety assessment methods of GB/T 19624—2004,API 579—2007,BS 7910—2005 and FITNET FFS for cylindrical shell with volume defects were compared and analyzed.Full-scale volume defects in cylindrical shell were assessed by the standards.From the comparison of scope,assessment methods and assessment results,it was found that the application scope of GB/T 19624—2004 was relatively narrow,the assessments of GB/T 19624—2004 and BS 7910—2005 were relatively conservative,API 579—2007 took the second place and FITNET FFS was the least conservative.The assessment results indicated that with the increase of defect depth,the influence on the safe working pressure was more obvious, with axial length increasing,the influence on the safe working pressure was less,and the axial defect scale of GB/T 19624—2004 could be expanded.
