摘要:
震后公路实际通行能力理论模型是震后公路实际通行能力快速评估技术的重要基础。对震后公路实际通行能力进行深入研究,建立了震后公路实际通行能力理论模型; 利用生命线地震工程和交通系统工程分析方法,分析了震后公路实际通行能力对于震后应急救援决策工作的重要性,介绍了震后公路交通易损性,定义了震后公路的震害度及平均震害指数临界区间,研究了震后公路的实际通行能力影响因素,推导出震后公路的通行概率,定义了地震对于公路实际通行能力的修正系数,进而建立了震后公路实际通行能力的理论模型。通过算例分析验证了该模型的有效性。
Abstract:
The theoretical model for actual traffic capacity assessment of highway after strong earthquakes is an important basis of fast assessment technique. Actual traffic capacity was studied and the theoretical model was established.Based on analytical methods in lifeline earthquake engineering and traffic engineering system,the importance of actual traffic of capacity highway post-earthquake to emergency rescue policy decision was analyzed and highway traffic vulnerability was introduced.Then,damage degree and damage index were defined and the factors of influencing the actual post-earthquake capacity of highway were studied.Furthermore, passage probability of highway post-earthquake was deduced and the earthquake revised factors for highway traffic capacity were defined.Accordingly,the theoretical model of traffic capacity for highway after strong earthquakes was established.The effectiveness of the model was finally verified by a practical project.
