摘要:
为探明O2体积分数18.2%条件下储罐低温硫腐蚀产物SO2体积分数的变化规律,对铁锈模拟物进行3次硫化和氧化,对3次硫化再氧化进程中的动态温度特性和SO2气体释放规律进行考察。结果表明:随着硫化次数的增多,氧化反应最高温度以及SO2最高体积分数均下降; 氧化反应初期均有SO2气体产生,表明其可作为氧化自燃监测预警中的标志性气体; 通过考察缓慢氧化向加速氧化时SO2气体的体积分数变化即可判断硫腐蚀产物是否发生氧化自燃,与温度作为储罐硫腐蚀产物氧化自燃判据比较,具有一定的优越性。
Abstract:
Experiments were carried out on the sulfide and oxide to rust analog for three times at the same oxygen concentration of 18.2%.The dynamic temperature characteristics and SO2 release process of the samples were studied in oxidization. Results showed that both the highest temperature of oxidization reactions and the highest gas concentration of SO2 decreased as the vulcanization times increased. SO2 could be used as a trademark gas in the oxidization & spontaneous combustion monitoring and early warning.By investigating the changes of SO2 gas concentration from slow oxidation to accelerated oxidation,the conditions of oxidization spontaneous combustion of sulfur corrosion products could be judged.Compared with the temperature changes of the samples,SO2 gas concentration as a indicator of the monitoring system and early-warning system was more efficient.
