摘要:
实验研究在不同倾角、不同加热功率条件下,三角沟槽高温热管的启动性能。结果表明:三角沟槽高温热管在水平放置时,由于冷凝液体回流不充分,蒸气量变少,导致热管绝热段出现温升“滞后”的现象。当三角沟槽高温热管在大输入功率下启动,会出现绝热段温度低于冷凝段的现象,但随着热管整体温差缩小,这种现象将随之消失。当热管倾斜放置时,重力作用促进了金属钠液回流,保证了蒸气量充足,缩短了启动时间,其启动性能要优于水平放置时的启动性能。
Abstract:
Startup process of a high-temperature heat pipe with the triangle groove wick was analyzed at different inclination angles and various heat inputs.Results showed that the hysteresis phenomenon of temperature rising would appear in the high-temperature heat pipe with the triangular groove wick at inclination angle of 0° for condensed fluid flow back insufficiently,thus resulting in less amount of sodium vapor in the evaporator section.When the high-temperature heat pipe started up with a larger heat inputs,the temperature of the adiabatic section was lower than that of the condensation section.With the temperature difference of the heat pipe decreasing,the phenomenon would disappear gradually.When the heat pipe was inclined,the gravity would drive the sodium fluid going back,which ensured the sufficient amount of sodium vapor,thus the inclined heat pipe had a better startup performance.
