 摘要:选用掺杂氧化石墨烯(GO)制备的GO/聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)平板膜为研究对象,研究膜的过滤特性和过滤阻力分布,并考察不同孔径的膜对造纸废水的处理效果。结果表明:GO掺量增大,膜的亲水性以及抗污染性增强,膜的热稳定性增强。添加2% GO的膜的接触角为63.1°,纯水通量和牛血清蛋白(BSA)通量分别达到595 和121 L/(m2·h),对BSA的截留率为74%;BSA溶液过滤过程中表面沉积阻力占主导,物理清洗后,膜的纯水通量恢复率低于55%;化学清洗后,膜的纯水通量恢复率大于96%。大孔径(1和2 µm)膜处理造纸废水,因膜孔堵塞,通量迅速衰减,小孔径(0.1、0.3和0.55 µm)膜的稳定通量随孔径的增大而增大。
Abstract:
 Graphene oxide (GO) blended polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membranes were explored to investigate the filtration behavior and resistance distribution. Papermaking wastewater was treated with the membranes in various mean pore sizes. Results showed that the hydrophilicity, anti-fouling property and thermostability were enhanced. When the content of GO was 2%, the contact angle of the membrane was 63.1°, pure water flux and bull serum albumin (BSA) flux were 595 and 121 L/(m2·h), respectively. Retention of the membrane towards BSA solution was 74%. Surface deposition resistance was dominant during BSA solution filtration, and the recovery ratio of pure water flux of the contaminated membrane was smaller than 55% after physical cleaning. However, the figure was above 96% after chemical cleaning. During papermaking wastewater treatment, the flux of membranes with large mean pore sizes (1 and 2 µm) decreased dramatically because of pore blocking, owing to enhanced anti-fouling ability, the stable flux of membranes with smaller ones (0.1、0.3 and 0.55 µm) increased with increasing mean pore sizes.
