摘要:
以钛酸丁酯为Ti源、HF为形貌控制剂,通过水热法制备富含{001}活性晶面的锐钛矿TiO2,并以Au和石墨烯(GP)对其进行复合改性。通过X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外-可见吸收光谱(UV-Vis)、X线光电子能谱(XPS)及荧光光谱(PL)等方法对光催化剂进行结构表征,并考察光催化剂在氙灯照射下催化降解罗丹明B(RhB)的活性。结果表明:经过Au和GP复合改性后,TiO2的光谱响应和光生电子-空穴分离的能力显著增强,光催化活性显著提高,为高活性光催化剂的研究提供了新的思路。
Abstract:
Anatase TiO2 exposed with the {001} facets was synthesized by the hydrothermal method.Tetrabutyl titanate and hydrofluoric acid(HF)were served as the Ti source and morphology controlling agent,respectively.Au and graphene(GP)were used to modify the as-prepared TiO2 photocatalyst.All the prepared photocatalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM), ultraviolet-visible(UV-Vis)light absorption spectra, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), and photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL).Results indicated that light absorption and separation efficiency of photogenerated electron-hole pair were enhanced with the introduction of Au and GP.Photocatalytic efficiency toward rhodamine B(RhB)degradation under the xenon lamp irradiation was enhanced. The study provided new idea for the development of more high-reactive photocatalysts.
