摘要:
以氯乙烷、N-甲基咪唑为原料合成1-甲基-3-乙基咪唑氯盐(MEIC),通过核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)、傅里叶变换红外光谱分析(FT-IR)等测试方法对产物进行表征,确定其为目标产物。以MEIC和无水AlCl3为原料,通过调节原料摩尔比分别制备了酸性、碱性和中性3种MEIC-AlCl3离子液体,分别利用热分析、交流阻抗和循环伏安法对3种离子液体进行热稳定性、电导率和电化学窗口分析。综合以上各项性能,并结合钠氯化镍(ZEBRA)电池使用条件,最终确定过饱和NaCl缓冲中性MEIC-AlCl3离子液体为中温(~120 ℃)ZEBRA电池的最佳备选电解液。
Abstract:
1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride(MEIC)was synthesized with N-methylimidazolium and ethyl chloride,and its structure was verified by hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance(1H-NMR)and Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FT-IR). Three ionic liquids of acidic,basic and neutral MEIC-AlCl3 was fabricated with the obtained MEIC and anhydrous aluminum chloride by adjusting the molar ratio between these two materials.The thermal stability,ionic conductivity and electrochemical window of the resulting aluminum chloride based ionic liquids were investigated by thermogravimetry, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and cyclic voltgrammetry tests.Based on all the above examinations,the NaCl saturated neutral ionic liquid was the best candidate to be applied as the electrolyte for Na/NiCl2(ZEBRA)batteries operated at middle temperatures(~120 ℃).
