摘要:
采用电化学交流阻抗谱法(EIS)以及动电位极化曲线法研究了6种缓蚀剂在海水中对碳钢的缓蚀效果。通过等效电路拟合得到电极的腐蚀速率,使用外推法求出腐蚀电流密度。结果表明:缓蚀效率由大到小为Na2MoO4、苯并三氮唑、Ce(NO3)2、葡萄糖酸钙、硫脲、ZnSO4。Na2MoO4能较好地抑制碳钢腐蚀,由于MoO2-4在金属基底上产生一层缓蚀剂膜,有效地抑制了碳钢孔蚀的加剧,减缓了金属的腐蚀,缓蚀效率高达80.67%。
Abstract:
Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and polarization curve were used to screen the common corrosion inhibitors in seawater corrosion of carbon steel.The corrosion rate of the electrode was obtained by fitting the equivalent circuit,using an extrapolation method to figure out the corrosion current density.Results showed that the inhibition efficiency obeyed by the order of sodium molybdate,benzotriazole,cerium nitrate,calcium gluconate,thiourea,and zinc sulfate.Sodium molybdate exhibited a good performance of inhibition for carbon steel with the efficiency of 80.67%.And because of the formation of molybdate film on the metal surface,it prevented the further development of pitting corrosion,protected carbon steel from the corrosive medium.
