摘要:
以松节油为原料合成萜烯基不饱和聚酯,将合成的不饱和聚酯与异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)反应,并以2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水中间体、季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)为封端剂、三乙胺为中和剂,合成水性萜烯基聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(WTPUA),采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)和热分析仪(TGA)对预聚物及涂膜进行表征。考察固化方式、光固化因素和热固化因素对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明:选择1-羟基环己基苯甲酮(Irgacure 184)作为光引发剂,用量为配方总质量的4%,固化机的履带速率为18 m/min,3次辐射过机进行光固化。Bayhydur305为水性固化剂,且n(—NCO)/n(—OH)=1.1,热固化温度为80 ℃,热固化150 min。光-热双固化涂膜的硬度、附着力、抗冲击性、拉伸强度均较光固化和热-光双固化的好。
Abstract:
Terpenel unsaturated polyester was synthesized by turpentine oil,unsaturated polyester with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propionic acid(DMPA)as hydrophilic intermediates,pentaerythritol three acrylate(PETA)as end capping agent,triethylamine as neutralizer,and then the terpenel based polyurethane acrylate(WTPUA)was synthesized.The prepolymer and coatings were characterized by Fourier infrared spectrometer(FT-IR)and thermal analyzer(TGA).The coating of curing way,the effects of ultraviolet(UV)curing and heat curing were investigated.Results indicated that with chosing 1-hydroxy cyclohexyl benzene ketone(Irgacure 184)as the initiator of light,the dosage of formula was 4% of the total quality,and the pedrail rate of curing machine was 18 m/min with three times for curing light radiation.The waterborne curing agent was bayhydur305 with n(—NCO)/n(—OH)of 1.1,thermal curing temperature of 80 ℃,and the thermal curing time of 150 min.Properties of UV-heat dual curing films were superior to that of UV curing and heat-UV dual curing on the pencil hardness,the adhesion,impact resistance, and tensile strength.
