摘要:
胶合竹(Glubam)是一种新型天然纤维增强复合材料,根据已有的关于胶合竹的力学性能研究,将胶合竹材与钢材组合,采用钢夹板螺栓连接和钢填板螺栓连接,从而设计出一种新型的钢-胶合竹组合网架并进行了相关试验。试验结果表明:该新型网架具有较高的承载力,且组合节点的螺栓连接均非常可靠,最终破坏时由胶合竹斜腹杆屈曲而引起。钢-胶合竹网架结构具有用钢量少、外形美观、结构承载能力高等诸多优点,值得进一步研究与发展。
Abstract:
Glubam is a new kind of natural fiber reinforced composite material.According to the previous study of the mechanical properties,glubam and steelwere combinedtogetherto build a new type of hybrid truss.Bolted steel-glubam-steel connections and glubam-steel-glubam connections were adopted.The static test results showed that this new type of truss had high bearing capacity,and all the bolted connections were very reliable.The failure of the truss was caused by buckling of the glubam web element.Steel-glubam hybrid truss has many advantages,such as less steel required,beautiful shape,high bearing capacity.Thus,further researches and development on steel-glubam hybrid truss would be worthy.
