摘要:
本文以苯乙烯-乙烯-丁烯-苯乙烯(SEBS)树脂、石油树脂增黏剂、增塑剂、溶剂、抗氧剂等为原料制备SEBS基胶黏剂,考察石油树脂对SEBS基胶黏剂黏度、光学性能、电性能、力学性能及粘接性能的影响。结果表明:在保证粘接性能和力学性能的前提下,选择C9石油树脂作为增黏剂,随着C9用量的增加,粘接强度增加,当C9用量为40%时,SEBS基胶黏剂的粘接性能最佳,剪切强度和180°剥离强度分别1.31 MPa和1.6 kN/m。另外随着C9用量的增加,吸水率逐渐降低并趋于平衡,并且可以保持胶膜原有的电绝缘性和透明性。
Abstract:
A series of styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene(SEBS)based adhesive were synthesized with SEBS resin,petroleum resin tackifier,plasticizer,solvents and antioxidant.The effects of petroleum resin on the adhesive viscosity,optical properties,electrical properties,adhesion properties and mechanical properties were studied.Results showed that C9 petroleum resin was selected as tackifier by ensuring adhesion properties and mechanical properties.When C9contnet was 40%,the adhesion properties of the film were the best.The shear strength reached 1.31 MPa and the 180° peeling strength reached 1.6 kN/m.In addition,as the mass of C9 increased,the water absorption gradually reduced into balance and the original electrical insulation and transparency of the film were kept.
