摘要:
研究硅酸钠分别与不同早强剂复掺对磷石膏基胶凝材料(PGF)性能的影响,并通过X线衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)测试产物微观结构。结果表明:掺入硅酸钠和早强剂明显提高了磷石膏基胶凝材料的抗压强度,当掺入0.5%二水氯化钙和3%硅酸钠时,7、28 d抗压强度分别较未掺外加剂时提高了46.53%和59.51%,线膨胀率分别较未掺外加剂硬化体降低50%,28 d软化系数提高28%,使得胶凝材料的性能得到很大提高。
Abstract:
To investigated the multi-mixing influence of sodium silicate and different early strength agents on the performance of phosphogypsum-based cementing material(PGF),the hydration products of the samples were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).Results showed that with the mixing of sodium silicate and early strength agents the compressive strength of the PGF could be obviously improved.When 0.5% calcium chloride dihydrate and 3% sodium silicate were used,the compressive strength of the product cured for 7 d and 28 d was increased by 46.53% and 59.51%,the linear expansion ratio of the product was decreased by 50%,the softening coefficient of the product cured for 28 d was decreased by 28%,and the performance of PGF were greatly improved.
