摘要:
以咪唑、乙醇钠、1,4-二溴丁烷、1,3-丙磺酸内酯为主要原料,合成了磺酸功能化的咪唑类双核离子液体[MPS]2HSO-4,并采用傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H NMR)等对其结构进行了表征。将[MPS]2HSO-4作为催化剂应用于苯胺与丙酮一步合成橡胶防老剂RD的反应中,并详细探讨确定了本反应的最佳工艺条件。催化性能测试结果表明,[MPS]2HSO-4具有良好的催化性能,在反应温度为140 ℃、催化剂和苯胺的质量比为6:28、丙酮滴加时间为5 h、酮胺摩尔比为6:1条件下,苯胺的转化率可达93.5%,RD的选择性达40.2%。
Abstract:
A functional Brønsted acid binuclear imidazole ionic liquid catalyst [MPS]2HSO-4 was synthesized with imidazole,sodium ethoxide,1,4-dibromobutane,1,3-propane sultone as raw primary materials.Its structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and 1H nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H NMR).The catalytic performance of the prepared ionic liquid catalyst used in the synthesizing a rubber antioxidant RD by one-step process of acetone and aniline was systematically investigated.The [MPS]2HSO-4 exhibited the superior catalytic performance.Results indicated that the conversion ratio of aniline and the selectivity of RD reached 93.5% and 40.2% respectively under the optimized reaction conditions of reaction temperature of 140 ℃,acetone adding time of 5 h,the molar ratio of acetone to aniline of 6:1 and the mass ratio of catalyst to anline of 6:28.
