摘要:
以丙烯酸(AA)、顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮(NVP)为反应单体,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用水溶液自由基聚合法,合成了AA-MA-NVP三元无磷共聚物阻垢剂。以CaCO3、SrSO4、BaSO4的阻垢率为指标,通过矩阵优化多指标正交实验确定了聚合物的最佳合成条件。通过红外光谱和热质量对聚合物进行表征。对合成的共聚物进行了阻垢性能评价,并与市售阻垢剂AA-MA进行对比。静态阻垢实验表明,当AA-MA-NVP三元共聚物投加量为30 mg/L时,对SrSO4的阻垢率为86%。当AA-MA-NVP三元共聚物投加量为35 mg/L时,对BaSO4的阻垢率为58%,高于市售AA-MA。通过扫描电镜观察了垢样的形貌变化,表明共聚物对CaCO3、BaSO4、SrSO4有晶格畸变的作用。
Abstract:
A novel ternary non-phosphorus scale inhibitor copolymer was synthesized using the free radical polymerization in aqueous solution with acrylic acid(AA),maleic anhydride(MA)and N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone(NVP)as monomer and ammonium persulfate(APS)as initiator.With the scale inhibition rate of CaCO3,SrSO4,and BaSO4 as index,the optimum synthesis conditions of copolymer were determined by multi-index orthogonal experiments.The copolymer was characterized by infrared spectrometer and thermogravimetry.The capacity of the copolymer was tested and compared with commercial AA-MA.Results of static scale inhibition test showed that the scale inhibition rates of SrSO4 and BaSO4 were 86% and 58% when the dosages were 30 mg/L and 35 mg/L,which were better than that of commercial AA-MA.Morphology change of scale was observed by scanning electron microscope.It proved that copolymer had crystal lattice distortion to CaCO3,BaSO4 and SrSO4.
