本文提出和研究了用硝酸铵-甘油乙醇作为提取剂测定MgO膨胀剂(MEA)中方镁石含量的分析方法。评价了试验参数对MgO膨胀剂中方镁石含量测定值的影响。讨论了水镁石、菱镁矿、菱镁矿尾矿、白云石和蛇纹石5种含镁矿物对测定MgO膨胀剂中方镁石含量的影响。结果表明:采用硝酸铵-甘油乙醇作为提取剂能够准确测定MgO膨胀剂中方镁石的含量。回收率试验结果为98.14%~100.40%。菱镁矿、菱镁矿尾矿、白云石和蛇纹石对测定结果无显著影响。当样品中水镁石的质量分数≤20%时,水镁石对方镁石的测定值无明显影响; 当水镁石的质量分数为20%~50%时,随着水镁石含量的增加,方镁石的测定值偏离实际值越多,且测定值呈偏大的趋势。
Abstract:
The method for determination of periclase content in MgO expansive agents(MEA)based on extraction of periclase with ammonium nitrate-glycerin ethanol were proposed.The effects of magnesium-bearing minerals such as brucite,magnesite,magnesite tailings,dolomite,and serpentine on the accuracy for analysis of periclase content in MgO expansive agents were evaluated.Results showed that periclase in MgO expansive agents would be accurately measured by extraction with ammonium nitrate-glycerin ethanol.The recovery of periclase was between 98.14% and 100.40%. Impurities such as magnesite,magnesite tailings,dolomite,and serpentine had no significant effects on the measured content of periclase.Little influence on the measured periclase content was observed with brucite less than 20%,but the measured periclase content could deviate significantly from the true value with bruciteis between 25% and 50%.
