摘要:
砷(As)的形态有多种,其在厌氧发酵后大部分仍然保留在沼液和沼渣中,会对环境水体、土壤生态系统、人体产生危害,但其形态转化特征尚不清晰。以厌氧干发酵为基础,通过添加外源的典型二甲基胂(DMA),在高温52 ℃条件下分别连续发酵0、1、5、10 d,应用微波消解、萃取预处理、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)、高效液相色谱原子荧光联用仪(HPLC-AFS),测定了污泥试样中总砷(T-As)、As(Ⅲ)、As(Ⅴ)、一甲基胂(MMA)、二甲基胂(DMA)和胂甜菜碱(AsB)的浓度; 分析了添加DMA的化学形态转变特征。结果表明:在厌氧发酵过程中,添加的外源DMA在微生物作用下部分转化为As(Ⅴ)、MMA和AsB,同时T-As含量减少; 减少的T-As经实验证明已转化为气态胂随沼气排出。
Abstract:
The species of arsenic are varied.Most species of the arsenic can remain in the biogas slurry and biogas residue after anaerobic fermentation for biogas production,which is harmful to human health,aquatic,and soil ecosystem.However,the transformation of arsenic species is still not clear.In the paper,extra dimethylarsenic(DMA)was added to the sludge for anaerobic dry fermentation under a high temperature(52 ℃)for about 0,1,5,and 10 days,respectively.The concentrations of the total arsenic(T-As),As(Ⅲ),As(Ⅴ),DMA,monomethyl(MMA)and arscnobetaine(AsB)in the sludge samples were analyzed by microwave digestion,extraction pretreatment,inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)and high performance liquid chromatography-atomic fluorescence spectrometry(HPLC-AFS).Results showed that DMA was converted to As(Ⅴ),MMA and AsB under the activity of microorganisms,and the content of the T-As gradually decreased when the extra DMA was added,and the part of the reduction would be converted to trimethyl arsenic with the biogas emission.
