摘要:
采用酒石酸亚铁-标准曲线法检测茶叶提取物中茶多酚含量,单因素实验优化的显色条件为室温、蒸馏水4 mL、酒石酸亚铁溶液5 mL、以pH=7.5的磷酸盐缓冲液定容,该方法可即时检测。通过方法学验证实验,比较紫外分光光度法、酒石酸亚铁-标准曲线法及福林酚比色法测定茶多酚含量的适用性。结果表明:酒石酸亚铁-标准曲线法是一种高效、快捷的茶多酚含量检测方法,其适用范围广、受干扰程度小、结果可信度高。
Abstract:
The content of tea polyphenols in tea extracts was determined by ferrous tartrate-standard curve method. The color reaction conditions optimized by single factor experiments were as follows: room temperature, distilled water of 4 mL, ferrous tartrate solution of 5 mL, the volume was determined by phosphate buffer of pH=7.5, and this method can be detected immediately. The applicability of determination of tea polyphenols by the ultraviolet(UV)spectrophotometry, ferrous tartrate-standard curve method and Folin-Ciocalteu chromogenic method was compared by methodological verification experiments. Results showed that ferrous tartrate-standard curve method was an efficient and fast determination method for tea polyphenols, which had a wide range of application, a small degree of interference, and high credibility of the results.
