摘要:
将微波技术首次应用于具有广泛生理活性的含氮杂环化合物的合成中,为进一步开展合成含氮杂环化合物工艺过程的理论研究提供一种新的合成方法,也为进一步健全和更好地使用微波技术做一些基础工作.在微波辐射下,先使7种芳醛与丙酮在1 min左右快速反应,制得1,5-二芳基-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮,再使该产物与巴比妥酸经Michael加成制得螺嘧啶四酮.最终产物经IR、1HNMR、元素分析等方法确定了其结构是正确的.微波辐射下极大地缩短了羟醛缩合反应所用的时间,反应收率也有提高,产品纯度较高且具有环境友好之特点.
