以乙二醇、乙基膦酸二乙酯(DEEP)、P2O5为原料,合成一种低聚有机膦酸酯阻燃剂,对合成条件进行了优化,并通过红外光谱表征了其结构.研究结果表明:反应的最佳条件为以乙醇为调节剂,SnCl2为催化剂,DEEP与P2O5摩尔比为16∶1,反应温度85~90℃,反应时间3~5h,产率达到945%,黏度为334 Pa·s,磷质量分数为198%.环氧树脂的应用实验显示,低聚物阻燃剂与三聚氰胺质量比为4∶1,阻燃剂的质量分数为17%时,环氧树脂的氧指数为286,达到UL94 V0级.

Abstract:
Abstract:A new lowpolymeric phosphate flame retardant was synthesized using glycol, P2O5, diethyl ethylphosphonate (DEEP) as raw materials to obtain optimized synthesis conditions. The chemical structure was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results showed that using ethanol as the regulator, SnCl2 as the catalyst, when the molar ratio of n(DEEP)/n(P2O5)=16∶1, the reaction temperature at 85-90 ℃, reaction time at 3-5 h, the yield of the flame retardant could reach 945% phosphorus content of the product and its viscosity was 198% and 334 Pa·s, respectively. To examine its application to the epoxy resin, when a mixture of the product and melamine (mass ratio 4∶1) was introduced into epoxy resin (mass ratio of epoxy/mixture=83∶17), the limiting oxygen index of the resulted epoxy resin was 286 and reached the level of UL94 V0.
