摘要:
在时间窗约束条件下对危险化学品运输路径进行优化研究,结合危化品的多目标路径优化方法,将时间窗约束条件与最小化运输阻抗、运输风险及风险敏感度的优化目标相结合,最终形成改进后的危化品运输路径优化模型。针对危化品在高速公路上运输时的实际情况,采用模糊折衷规划算法对建立的模型进行计算和验证。结果表明:危化品在特定路网上运输时,不仅需要考虑运输阻抗、运输风险和运输风险敏感度,还需要结合实际考虑运输路网中的道路是否有时间窗的约束,根据约束条件合理规划危化品运输路径,从而减少危化品运输事故的发生。此外,用模糊折衷规划算法对有时间窗约束的道路进行分析,得到的优化路径与实际可选运输路径具有一定的吻合性,从而证明本文所构建的带时间窗约束的危化品运输路径优化模型具有实际意义和可靠性。
Abstract:
This work aims to establish hazardous chemicals transportation route optimization model with time window constraints on the basis of multi-objectives namely minimizing the transportation impedance, the transportation risk and the risk sensitivity. We mainly studied the route optimization problem when hazardous chemicals are transported on the expressway, and used the fuzzy compromise planning algorithm to verify optimization model. Results showed that it is not only necessary to consider the general factors of transportation impedance, transportation risk and transportation risk sensitivity, but also needed to consider whether the roads had time windows in the transportation network. In addition, using the fuzzy compromise programming algorithm to optimize the road with time window constraints, it was found that the obtained optimization path had consistency with the actual optional transportation path.Our works proved that it had practical significance to study the transportation route of hazardous chemicals with time window constraints.
